Understanding On-Camera Actor Contracts

at The Chopin Theatre

The event is FREE. Please register in advance. Seating is general admission.

Do you understand the contracts you’re asked to sign as an on-camera actor? If not, this hour-long panel discussion followed by a half-hour Q&A is for you!

Join LCA for a panel discussion moderated by Ruth Kaufman with entertainment attorney Jerry Glover and casting director David O’Connor CSA to learn about ways to deal with contracts before, during, and after a booking. We’ll cover key terms, share tips, and help you gain skills to use as you negotiate compensation and releasing rights within your contracts. The panelists will also answer questions from the audience.

Doors open at 6pm and the Chopin’s cash bar will be open. The program runs 7-8:30pm.
