The application deadline for the April 11 Lease Review Clinic was March 25. Please contact us if you are interested in attending future lease clinics.

Do you understand your responsibilities as a tenant?

Does your current lease work for your arts organization?

Learn what the terms in your current lease mean and how to negotiate with your landlord.

Join LCA and attorneys from Perkins Coie on April 11 from 11AM-2PM CT, including lunch, for an in-person commercial lease clinic. Each organization will be paired with an attorney from Perkins Coie to work through their current lease and will walk away with a deeper understanding of the current terms in their lease and how to negotiate future rental terms.
